Vehicle has been owned by my elderly parents since 2003, thus the low mileage.  Used around the Lower Mainland.  Interior is clean - pictures to be added later.  Seven seater extended Van so room for luggage and 7 persons.  This Van has a sliding door on both sides, and is lockable from both driver and passenger doors.  Rear windows open outward by control from driver door.  My Dad passed away in 2013 and my Mom has put on roughly 2500 Km / year since then, so it is a low mileage vehicle in good shape with 154,800 original Km.  Front brakes just completed at end of January 2026.  Vehicle is clean and in good condition except for inward bulge in bumper and scratches on passenger door as shown in pictures.  Vehicle has been kept in underground garage since 2003 and is still kept in this garage.   The vehicle is equipped with after market 'Air tabs' which reduce drag, increase mileage, and produce enhanced visibility in rain and snow - and are reasonable looking as per picture.  Service records are available - air conditioning fixed since owning, everything is believed to work.
